Margene Lambert, age 87, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, August 23, 2016. She was born in Brigham City, UT and was a resident of Rio Rancho, NM. Prior to Margene retiring, she worked as an Airline Stewardess for TWA, she was a manager for a Health Food Store; and served as an Ombudsman. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Lambert. Margene is survived by her son, Mark Byron Ahlstrom; step-daughter, Melanie Salvesen; her grandchildren, Sarah Ahlstrom, Halia Key, and Hunter Horsman; great-granddaughter, Fenix; and many friends. Margene will be greatly missed by her family and by those whose lives she touched. Visitation will be Monday, August 29, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-Day Saints, Chamisa Ward, 300 Loma Colorado Blvd. NE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124, where Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., with Bishop Don Armstrong, officiating.
