Padilla, Martin S. Jr. Age 89, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Martin Padilla Sr. and Agueda Serna; sisters, Mary McBride and Irene Gurule. Martin is survived by his wife, Sofie Padilla; children, Alex Padilla and wife, Paula, Dolores Gallegos and husband, Robert; grandchildren, Alicia Espinosa and husband, Daniel, Robby Gallegos and wife, Justine, Dominic and Christopher Gallegos and five great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2016, 6:00 – 7:00 pm at Garcia Mortuary ~ Chapel of Angels , on the corner of 8th and Iron, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. A Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, December 28, 2016, 9:00 am, at Our Lady of Guadalupe, 1860 Griegos Rd. NW. Interment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robert Gallegos, Robby Gallegos, Dominic Gallegos, Christopher Gallegos, Daniel Gallegos and Alicia Espinosa.
