Genevieve Salas, age 81, resident of Albuquerque, passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2016 with her family by her side. Genevieve is survived by her husband, Robert Salas; children, Marsha A. Torres, Mark A. Salas, and Melissa A. Salas and spouse, Hope Bakker; grandchildren, Joe, Robert, Jared and Breanna; great-grandchild, Robert Daniel and several sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be Friday, December 30, 2016 from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. at Saint Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church, 5901 Saint Joseph Drive NW with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Place of interment to be announced.
