PHILLIP C. Age 71, a resident of Albuquerque, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 6, 2012. He is survived by his sons, Jai M Higgins and wife, Lynn of Hulls Cove, ME and Rob Higgins of Hancock, ME; grandchildren Tristan, Kylie and Grace Higgins; sisters Joan Clement of Micco, FL and Diane Young of Ellsworth, ME; brother Don Jordan of Anchorage, AK. Mr. Jordan was preceded in death by his parents Alden and Florence Jordan and brother Ron Jordan. Phil was very outgoing and had many friends at the Encino Terrace. He had worked as an Executive Chef for many years. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Monday, September 10 at 2:00 pm at Encino Terrace, 609 Encino Pl. NE.
