GERST, THOMAS E. 1945-2013 Tom was born and raised in Muskegon, MI. The next 49 years of his life were spent living in Scottsdale, AZ and Albuquerque, NM. For the past four years, he and his wife MaryAnn traveled extensively in their 5th wheel RV, enjoying the beauty of nature. Tom’s love for photography was only surpassed by his love for bicycling and hiking in the mountains of NM and CO. Last year he put over 5,000 miles on his bicycle riding and touring by himself and with his great biking buddies. There was never a mountain pass too high for Tom to ascend! Tom is survived by his wife of 41 years, MaryAnn; son Steve Rizzo, daughter-in-law Tracy; granddaughters Tyler and Madison,; and sister Joanne Gerst.
