ESCARCIDA, FLORENCE Florence, age 76, passed away on Thursday May 2, 2013. She was born in La Jara, NM on Dec 11, 1936, resided in Albuquerque, NM. She was preceded in death by her son Victor Escarcida Jr. “Tommy” and a sister Emma Herrera. She is survived by her husband, Victor Escarcida; son, Anthony Escarcida and wife Ana; daughters, Gail Robinson and husband Steve, Denise Poling and husband Jim, and Roberta Fernandez and husband Richard; one sister, Helen Trujillo; two brothers, Pat Trujillo and Tom Santillanes; one brother-in-law, Ross Escarcida and wife Delores; twelve grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Rosary to be held at 5:00pm on Sunday, May 5, 2013 at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church on 4th St and Alameda NW. Private burial service to be held on Monday.
