ABEYTA, SISTO JR. was born on May 7, 1941 in Socorro, N.M. and passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2013 in Albuquerque. He will be remembered for his big heart and his love of his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and family and always went to great lengths for all of them. Sisto was a hard working man, skilled Building Contractor and an expert in construction. Sisto was a true master of his trade. He was preceded in death by spouse, Sylvia Rita Abeyta and son, Lawrence Abeyta. Sisto is survived by his four children, Mary Josie Trujillo and husband Manuel, Chris Abeyta, Sisto Michael Abeyta and wife Theresa and Debbie Abeyta; 17 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one brother, Abel Abeyta; as well as many other family and friends who loved and will miss him. Services will be held at the Chapel of Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th St. NW. on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at 10:00 am with Pastor Steve Ulibarri officiating.
