ARRUTI, LESLIE L. Leslie L. Arruti, beloved wife, mother, and nana, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 13, 2013. Leslie was born on October 30, 1947 in Albuquerque, NM to Carroll and Phyllis Lee. She was raised in Santa Fe where she lived until she became an airline hostess and moved to Dallas, TX where she met her husband of 45 years while he was attending helicopter flight training in Mineral Wells, TX. They were stationed in numerous states and Germany and upon retirement from the military located to Albuquerque where they lived for the last 18 years. Leslie is survived by her husband, Michael; sons, Shawn and wife Ginger of Las Vegas, NV, Duane and wife Jennifer of Albuquerque; daughter, Chez Werner and husband Scott of Albuquerque; 11 grandchildren; sisters, Marsha Lee of San Francisco, CA and Sandra Warrick and husband Phil of Albuquerque. Leslie will be missed by all who knew her. Cremation has taken place and Memorial Services will be held Saturday, August 17, 2013, 10:00 a.m., at Christ the Ray of Hope Lutheran Church, 7001 San Antonio Dr. NE.
