BUESCHEL, FAE died peacefully sleeping in her favorite chair the evening of 11/12/13 at the age of 91. She had been living at the home of her daughter, Christine Chapman, and son-in-law Larry Chapman since 10/25/13. Fae was born in Wakefield, MI on 1/1/1922. She grew-up in Sheboygan Falls, WI with 4 sisters. She met her husband, Robert, at an ice skating rink and followed him to dances where he played the trumpet in a jazz band. They married and resided in Illinois while Robert was in the Army as a 2nd Lieutenant. When Robert left the Army and finished college, they moved to Los Alamos, NM where they both worked for the scientific laboratory and raised three children. After the early passing of her husband, Fae moved to Albuquerque, NM where she lived until moving, due to health issues, to Fort Collins, CO in 2005 to be closer to her daughter, Christine. Fae was instrumental in helping raise her grand children which she took great pride in. Fae is survived by son Richard Bueschel (Ellensburg, WA), son Robert Bueschel (Alb., NM), daughter Christine Chapman (Fort Collins, CO), seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Her grandson, Randy Chapman, son of Christine and Larry passed before her in 2006. Interment of ashes next to her late husband, Robert, is planned at a date TBD at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
