Harold graduated from Northwestern University in Illinois with a degree in accounting and was a CPA. He moved to Albuquerque, N.M. in 1955 and excelled in running his accounting practice for over 50 years. Harold was a devoted fan of the Chicago Cubs and the Chicago Bears and he and his wife, a St. Louis cardinals fan, shared many years of friendly and spirited rivalry. But, together they did share their support of the NM Lobos. Harold was also a member of 4 Hills Country Club and had survived most of his golfing cronies. He and his wife loved to travel and enjoyed playing golf on spectacular courses across the country. Together they entertained, raised a large family, enjoyed cooking, gardening, and of course, green and red chili. He and his wife were well known for their posole parties. Harold was admired and loved by many and will be deeply missed. A Mass service will be held at 10:30 am Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Our Lady of the Annunciation located at 2621 Vermont St. NE, Albuquerque, NM.
