LATINO, CARL age 62, passed peacefully in the comfort of his home on Thursday, December 27. Carl is survived by his life partner of 28 years, Tom Ford. Together they opened their retail store “Hey Jhonny” 18 years ago. Carlo’s big brown, Sicilian eyes and huge smile would light up any room. His wit and twisted sense of humor will stay with all of us who knew him. He loved and lived life to the fullest. Carl was born in Rockford, Illinois to Joseph and Genevieve Latino on May 4, 1950. He is survived by his loving sisters JoAnne Latino and Carrole Banks; his dear niece Amy Banks and her life partner Melissa Miller, all of Rockford, Illinois; his sister-in-law and brother-in-law Patricia and Robert Kreuder of Sayville, New York; sister-in-law Barbara Ford of Florida; loving nieces and nephew. A special thanks to all our family and friends whose abundant love, support and caring has been immeasurable. A memorial celebration will be held in the spring.
